Research gathered from various surveys, interviews, and four sight visits revealed four major insights regarding issues with current emergency room systems.
Problem Area
Patient Centered Care
Existing ER information systems center nurses and healthcare providers but leave patients left in the dark. In order to help patients help their medical workers, they need to be involved in the process. That is why we aim to create a platform that centers patients and can be integrated into preexisting information systems.
